At the international trade fair DACH+HOLZ from 05-08 July 2022 in Cologne, tectofix was exhibited in its original format. This met with great interest among the visitors. Experienced Bauer employees were able to report in a practical manner on the more than 35 years of experience in the elementation. This also means 35 years of know-how for airtight and yet easy-to-assemble element joints. The knowledge is available to tectofix customers as a technology transfer. Support is also provided with sample work preparations, which include the special features in AV in comparison to conventional straightening. The visitors realised that tectofix's production technology is designed to be able to produce XXL components in commercial construction. At the same time, the full-surface approach compensates for curvatures and twists in wood. This means that no fitting fields are necessary and assembly is extremely fast.
BG Bau has recognised that with flat roof and ceiling elements there is no danger of a fall-through between the joist frames compared to conventional straightening. BG Bau is therefore pushing the assembly of flat elements. For faster loading and assembly of the roof elements, we developed a patented and certified lifting beam under the supervision of BG Bau which does not require any additional slings.
This was presented at the joint stand of BG Bau and Holzbau Deutschland (see photos).
Thus tectofix was in the middle of the action at the Holzbau Deutschland Treff.
