FACADE-TOOL
TECTOFIX-EXTENSION FOR OPEN WOODEN FACADE ELEMENTS
The Tectofix extension enables facade claddings that are produced in the factory over a large area, without offsets and reaching over several floors. This makes high quality prefabrication possible with significant reduced assembly time on the construction site and minimizes the weather dependance.
Furthermore, with this tool facades can be created across floors independently of the wall elements. This means that the design of the facade can be carried out independently of the floors and the facade board joint can be chosen freely. The classification of the facade boards is designed for a joint width of 5 mm or more. The adjustment is done manually by using a movable stop angle and a scale tape measure is attached to the facade tool in order to transfer the coordinates from work preparation. The tool is 3 m long and can be combined to produce facade elements of 6 m or more.
The transport width of the facade elements is usually 3 m, hence no special permit is required.
The subconstruction is placed in the clamps.
The rectangular nature of tectofix enables precise prefabrication of the facade elements.

mobiquick
With the mobile sorting and storage rack mobiquick, unnecessary search and transport times are a matter of the past. Mobiquick brings the pre-sorted stock directly to your workplace and is available in two versions. Both versions are craneable, mobile and available with forklift pockets.
mobiquick-cross: In the course of cutting, the uprights are already sorted wall-wise into size-adjustable compartments.
mobiquick-long: The sleepers and frames are also placed wall by wall on height-adjustable cantilever arms.
ROOF LIFTING TRAVERSE
For lifting, loading and assembling roof elements, a slinging system with sliding hooks is attached to the rafters - no additional webbing are required.
Especially for roof construction, the roof cross beam is a great help.
The roof traverse supports the prefabrication process in the factory.
SLAB LIFTING TRAVERSE
The slab traverse is attached to the panel either with sockets, Würth system or SIHGA. In the case of off-centre centre of gravity positions of the panels, the cross beam can be adjusted longitudinally and transversely.
